There is a quotation which says that before finding fault in others try to see your own faults ...very similar to the lines you have mentioned here..."first establish yourself, then teach others."..we cannot tell others to be kind or we cannot expect kindness if we are not kind in the first place.
and by being fully aware we realize that.
reason why I try to wake myself up at 6am every morning, before my home comes to life... my special moment, moments when i seek to "straighten myself". Loved this
