it was a cold afternoon
the light was subtle and dense, it was drizzling and the misty atmosphere seemed not to be the best one to take photos
People was going back home very fast and the usual childish laughs and screams had been replaced for silence
Even the birds were expectant what they were awaiting or anticipating, I don´t know but they were flying low and slowly and tossing their head
...maybe because the park was almost empty and the bubbling hustle had been chased away because of the promise of the storm
And there I was with my camera and the park at my complete disposal in all its glory ...and I reveled in the solitude |

I love how you meld your photos and prose to share a whole story and include a bit of life philosophy too! Your close ups are vibrant and I dare say, it's because the sun wasn't shining fully. Sometimes the best days for the camera. Thanks for your persistence in posting ... I know you've been having trouble. If you'd given up, we all would have missed out. Thanks for joining Walk and Click Wednesdays!!
Love the magenta colored flowers and the daisies. I long for spring color. Hopefully soon.
I love the budding flowers - Spring is I it's way. It's wonderful that you were able to experience the moment while everyone was rushing home.
Don't you just love it when you have a whole park to yourself and your camera? I know I do! These are lovely images! So nice to see a little spring color!
This really makes me long for spring :)
Beautiful walk and click photography ~ Love your last statement about the camera connecting your soul with the soul of the world ~ so true for me also ~ and attitude of gratitude keeps me focused as well ~ so good to meet you and see your creative work ^_^

Hi! Spring is just around the corner.
Your flower photos are very beautiful.
Wishing you a wonderful weekend.
Beautiful spring shots. Somehow the cold doesn't bother me as much when I have the camera in my hand.
Aaaah...I can so relate to those moments when the weather's miserable..and I'm the only one out and about with my camera. It certainly makes a rainy day sunny!!
Really your post is really very good and I appreciate it. It’s hard to sort the good from the bad sometimes, but I think you’ve nailed it. ALTERNATIVE HEALING
